E-learner satisfaction is important because it affects the effectiveness of teaching and learning. This research evaluated critical factors of e-learners' satisfaction based on Adjen's Theory of Planned Behavior to assess the e-learner satisfaction model. A survey methodology was used to collect data. One hundred and seventy-eight valid questionnaires were collected for data analysis. Path analysis was used to test the hypotheses. Structural equation modeling was applied to test the goodness fit of the hypothesized model. The research found that e-learners' attitude, e-learners' subjective norm toward e-learning and e-learners' perceived behavior control significantly affect e-learners' intention to use e-learning and e-learners' intention to use e-learning significantly affects e-learners' satisfaction. The test results of goodness-of-fit indicated that the hypothesized model and the data were significantly fit.
