An improved tracking algorithm for solar energy generation systems

摘要

This research develops an improved tracking algorithm for solar energy generation systems. In this paper, we use a control algorithm to control the tracking interval for perturbation and observation (P&O) algorithm. This tracking algorithm enables photovoltaic modules to achieve maximum efficiency under a variety of solar irradiation and temperature conditions. In order to verify the performance of this development, an experimental system circuit is designed in this paper. According to experiment, the system will produce fast, accurate, and effective tracking results.
