N2 - The objective of this study was to investigate factors influencing students' participation in Level II Skill Certification. This research was carried out using a survey questionnaire approach, in which a questionnaire Factors Influencing Students' Participation in Level II Skill Certification was developed based on literature review results. A total of 1,010 copies of questionnaire were distributed among graduating students picked by the stratified random sampling method. A total of 848 copies of questionnaire were returned and valid. The collected data were statistically analyzed by the independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's test for multiple comparisons (post-hoc). The results are: 1 The factor "Parents' Expectations" was the most influential factor for students participating in the Level II Technician Skill Certification. 2 Private school students were more affected than public school students were. 3 The factor "Achievement Motivation" was more influential on students planning for continuing their education than on students planning for going into the job market.
