Volume holographic interconnection using random phase encoding

Optical interconnections based on random phase encoding using a ground glass in a volume hologram have been presented. In the system, a crystal plays the role of interconnecter, which translates Chinese words into English words. The stimulation results and experimental results of the translation system are demonstrated.
