Using pem and fmea to investigate tourists’ satisfaction of kaohsiung pier-2 art center

In this study, we used the performance evaluation matrix and the failure mode and effects analysis to investigate the tourists’ satisfaction of Kaohsiung Pier-2 Art Center, a cultural and creative park. The empirical analysis found that: Kaohsiung Pier-2 Art of public importance satisfaction performance evaluation matrix analysis, the results fell a total of five “improvement area,” namely “Pier-2 Art convenience parking,” “Pier-2 Art bike lane maintenance,” “Pier-2 Art medical device settings,” “Pier-2 Art toilets environment,” and “split open seats set 2 Art” presents the results of research, five are all issues related to environmental installations. Finally, invited experts and scholars failure modes and effects analysis, arrange the order of priority to improve the barge 2 Art bike path maintenance, Pier-2 Art parking convenience, Pier-2 Art toilets environment, Pier-2 Art open seat settings, and split 2 Art medical device settings.
