Abstract
We demonstrate a polymer stabilized liquid crystal (LC) lens using a circular hole-patterned electrodes with a diameter of 6 mm and a floating-ring electrode with a diameter of 2 mm. By photopolymerization, the hole-type LC lens implanted a floating-ring electrode is constructed with free of disclination lines.
