Abstract

The performance enhancement of OTFT use the surface treatment technology and top contact device structure. The mobility of OTFT on glass is I cm 2/Vs and on/off current ratio is about 106. More over, we successfully fabricated the Organic Thin Film Transistor to drive color liquid crystal display.
