N2 - The outdoor temperature effect, thermal comfort level of consumers, and air-conditioning load payback phenomenon are airconditioning DLC constraints, which restrain the schedule of DLC method. In this paper, a group-DLC program with a LEE-based thermal comfort controller of air-conditioning systems is proposed. The g-DLC controller will arrange the DLC schedule of all airconditioning units. It can maintain thermal comfort within a rational level and prolong the off-shift time of DLC program, which will get more shedding load. Meanwhile, it can also alleviate the influence of outdoor temperature and avoid the payback load effect. Therefore, the DLC constraints of air-conditioning load will be mitigated. The optimal load-shedding arrangement will be selected while the load profile is matched the shedding load demand with the least mean square error. Thus, a g-DLC controller could be regarded as a simple load unit of the load management program.
