Magnetic anisotropic properties in Fe3O4 and CoFe2O4 ferrite epitaxy thin films

Abstract

The magnetic anisotropic properties in Fe3O4 and CoFe2O4 ferrite epitaxy thin films were studied. The fabrication of the ferrite films, with epitaxial quality, on MgO(001) substrate was done by using molecular beam epitaxy. The x-ray diffraction patterns of both samples showed inverse spinel structures.
