ECG measurement system based on arduino and android devices

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to develop a low-cost and efficient ECG measurement system integrated with mobile devices to measure ECG signal by non-invasive sensors. The method of non-invasive sensor is effective but easily received noise. The characteristic waveform PQRS contained in ECG signal waveform interferes with NI-LabVIEW program make judgments, so wavelet transform algorithm, baseline drift and other methods are used to improve the accuracy of features judgment. Real-time analysis of massive data and simultaneously monitoring and database access are to improve efficiency and achieve real-time operation. Using LabSQL database toolkit combined with MySQL database and mobile devices, it realizes instant signal measurement and remote monitoring.
