Design of 110-degree field of view objective for endoscopic applications

Abstract

An 110-degree field of view objective for endoscope has been designed. It contains 4 lenses and has 0.9 relative illuminations. The axial MTF value reaches 0.4 @ 200 c/mm and the relative distortion is less than 29%.
