To the factory, one or two set of CNC machine, or maybe one set of automatic equipment, integrated with several industrial robots can form a flexible manufacture cell (FMC). If the FMC integrates automatic conveyor system or a auto-guided cart, then this system upgrades to becomes a flexible manufacture system (FMS). Following by technique progresses and automation requirement to setup CAD/CAM system, automatic warehouse, ... etc. in the FMC system, the whole system is named as computer integration system (CIM). With the factory automation rapidly progressing, the education system of mechatronics shall modify year by year to cooperate with CIM system development, and fostering engineer work will not fall behind. In this article, a computer integration system designed for education purpose is presented. In this CIM system, it includes the sub-system of the automatic warehouse with the graphic monitor, the sub-system of the conveyor transferring, the sub-system of network communication and the sub-system of the graphic monitor, the workstation of 'object moving/fitting', the workstation of 'object screwing', and the workstation of 'object milling/drilling'. In this system, every sub-system designed into open structure form in order to challenge to trainee wisdom.
