N2 - This paper presents a system concept design and demonstration for e-care application to connect patients' physical data into doctors' personal computer for remote consultancy. An e-Care System is focused on chronic and geriatric patients for their physical data sensing and remote monitoring, as well as other care applications. Based on adopting mobile communication, data acquisition is connecting onto doctor's computer in real time via Internet access. System configuration is proposed and designed. Case studies on asthma and heart chronic data are tested and reported under location-based monitor implementation.
