N2 - A fully integrated direct-conversion mixer for 2-11GHz WiMAX receiver is proposed. An improved current-reuse bleeding technique and LC matching network allows the mixer attained 22.8 to 21.5 dB conversion gains for the full band. Designed in TSMC 0.18μm CMOS technology with 1.8V supply voltage, the simulated data for IIP3 and power consumption are 4 to 5.5 dB and 11.322 mW, respectively.
