Organisation profile

本系的前身為工業教育學系之電子工程組,為配合本校往綜合大學發展之中長程計劃,並增強在師資培育法頒佈施行後,畢業生面臨就業所需之競爭力,工業教育學系電子工程組乃於民國八十八年申請改設電子工程學系,八十九學年度奉准籌設,並於九十學年度起參加大學聯考招生,首屆招生名額為四十五人,目前本系有大一至大四共 4 班,每年招生 45 人。另本系於九十學年度申設電子工程研究所碩士班,九十二學年度正式招生,目前有碩一與碩二共 2 班,每年招生 21 人。首屆之碩士班與大學部學生並已於九十四學年度畢業。此外,為能在研究領域分工作更加之規劃,並兼顧系所未來之發展,本系於 95 學年度將研究所之微波與通訊組獨立,並改設成電信工程研究所碩士班,首屆招生 8 人。而本系也預定 97 學年成立電子系博士班初期預計每年招生 3 人。   電子工程學系位於本校第二校區 ( 即寶山校區 ) 力行館,四周環境幽雅,林木蒼鬱,風光明媚,鳥語花香,是個極適合讀書與做研究的好地方。本系目前有專任教師 11 名,課程支援師資十多名,多為來至國內外知名大學之電機、電子或資訊工 程 博士。實驗設備方面本系現有可支援教學與研究用之實驗室八間左右,內容涵蓋計算機、應用電子、微波與通訊、積體電路設計等領域教學與研究所需之設備。
